Shocking footage shows an out-of-control truck crashing into a car whose driver was at a toll gate in Yinchuan, the capital of northwest China’s Ningxia Hui Antonymous Region, on Thursday. Local reports said the truck driver blamed the accident on brake failure. The two people in the car suffered minor injuries only.
