A two-year-old child fell into a two-meter-deep uncovered gutter as he played in the city of Suqian, east China's Jiangsu Province. His grandmother failed to haul him out and asked passersby and law enforcers for help. The toddler was eventually rescued and did not sustain any injuries. The property management said the concrete cover of the well was stolen and replaced with wooden planks.
