Natural Wonder: Massive northern lights display illuminates the Arctic skies

Before we go, let's take a look at the array of northern lights dancing above the skies near the Arctic. The auroras could be seen spiraling and swirling in the northern Finnish city of Rovaniemi just before midnight.
The phenomenon is known as aurora borealis, or the northern lights Green, white and even pink auroras were visible to the naked eye.
