One hotel in central London has been operating for more than 160 years, but recently, it has had a tough time hiring new staff.
Tourism and hotels is the fourth most lucrative sector in the UK, providing jobs for more than 4.5 million people, 700,000 of whom come from Britain's European neighbors.
But those who support the UK's departure from the EU believe foreign workers have stolen jobs from Britons.
The British hospitality association says the labour shortage will worsen before it improves and the structural transformation of the work force will need more than 10 years to stabilize.
