Catalonia should oust separatists from the regional parliament in December's snap elections, Spanish Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy urged on Sunday. Rajoy told a gathering of members of his conservative Popular Party in Barcelona that separatism had "unleashed insecurity and uncertainty," adding that he hoped elections will "open up a new period of normalcy."
