The 12th NPC Standing Committee revised the Red Cross Society law on February, 2017. The revised Red Cross Society Law will serve as a milestone for the reform and development of the Red Cross Society of China and promote the society's participation in humanitarian work. Wu Heng made the remarks on Monday during a press conference on the legislative work of the National People's Congress, the country's top legislature.
