Second French journalist dies after Mosul blast

A second French journalist, Veronique Roberts, has been confirmed dead after being injured in a mine explosion in the Iraqi city of Mosul earlier this week, her employer France Televisions announced on Saturday, according to AFP.
Robert returned to Paris for treatment from Thursday to Friday after accepting surgery in Iraq, but later died of her wounds, the public broadcaster said in a statement.
French journalist Stephan Villeneuve and Iraqi Kurdish reporter Bakhtiyar Addad, were also killed in Monday's explosion.
