Chinese President Xi Jinping arrived in the Vietnamese capital Hanoi on Sunday for an official state visit. Nguyen Phu Trong, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee, welcomed Xi. They inspected the guard of honor and greeted the officials.
