China Military: Aircraft carrier Liaoning formed system combat capability

In a routine press conference held in Beijing on Thursday, China's Ministry of National Defense confirmed that China's first aircraft carrier, the Liaoning, has formed an initial system combat capability. Spokesman Ren Guoqiang stressed that the military relationship between China and US are stable, but with some negative elements, and it is not aligned with mutual benefits.
