The DPRK delegation to the Winter Olympics in South Korea says Pyongyang is willing to hold talks with Washington.
South Korea's presidential Blue House says Kim Yong Chol, a senior official of the DPRK's Workers' Party, made the statement during a meeting with South Korean President Moon Jae-in. Kim led a high-ranking delegation for the closing ceremony of the PyeongChang Winter Games.
