The World Health Organization says the Ebola outbreak in the Democratic Republic of the Congo has ended. The milestone marks a year in office for the organization's director-general, Dr. Tedros Ghebreyesus. CGTN's James Chau had the chance to speak to the WHO chief about his views on global health issues, following his first year in this position.
