An airstrike in eastern Syria early on Wednesday reportedly killed at least 30 civilians and injured dozens more in a village held by ISIL.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights says the strike is the second in 48 hours in which dozens have been killed. However, the identity of the jets that carried out the latest attack is not yet known.
Both a US-led coalition and the Russia-backed Syrian military have targeted ISIL, but both have denied targeting civilians.
