When it comes to China's aid and financial support to African countries, some have suggested China is adding debt and heavier financial burdens to African countries. Addressing such accusations, Zimbabwe's President Emmerson Mnangagwa spoke to CGTN. He said China's loans were productive and progressive for Zimbabwe, and the assistance was not a burden to African countries.
