South Korean President Moon Jae-in has hinted at a possible trilateral summit with the DPRK and the United States, depending on progress made.
According to the Blue House, Moon made the remarks during a meeting of the presidential committee to prepare for the third inter-Korean summit. Moon and top DPRK leader Kim Jong Un agreed to hold their first summit in late April at the Peace House. The South Korean building is in the truce village of Panmunjom. Moon said it will mark a first for Panmunjom, and even in South Korean territory. President Donald Trump has said he will meet with Kim by the end of May to achieve a permanent denuclearization.
