The US and Republic of Korea (ROK) conducted a joint operation over the Korean Peninsula on Thursday, two days after the DPRK fired another missile.
The exercise was in response to DPRK's “repeated ballistic missile tests and development of nuclear weapons," CNN reported, citing an official with the ROK Air Force.
Two B-1B bombers, four F-15 fighter jets and four F-35B fighter jets took part in the joint US-ROK exercise.
