Preparation work under way ahead of 2017 BRICS Summit

Delegations from the BRICS bloc are meeting in Beijing in preparation for the BRICS leaders' summit later this year.
On Sunday, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi held separate meetings with his Indian, Russian and South African counterparts. The BRICS representatives are also scheduled to meet with Chinese President Xi Jinping on Monday.
The 2017 BRICS Summit will be held in China's eastern city of Xiamen in September, with enhancing economic and security cooperation topping the agenda.
