A dash cam caught the hair-raising moment a pedestrian escaped death after a scaffolding fell as he was crossing the road in Jianshi county in central China's Hubei Province. The man could be seen darting forward, narrowly avoiding the debris. However, five people were confirmed dead in the incident. Police have detained six people as an investigation into the cause of the accident is underway.
