Radiation levels inside a reactor at the disabled Fukushima nuclear plant in Japan are thought to be potent enough to kill humans in a matter of seconds. After analyzing the plant's No. 2 reactor, Toyko Electric Power Company, which is responsible for the clean-up of the plant, reported that radiation levels are far higher than the previous record detected in 2012.
