The top national security advisers of the US, South Korea, and Japan met in San Francisco to discuss the issue of nuclear weapons on the Korean Peninsula. Over two days, they also discussed the possible face-to-face meeting between President Donald Trump and DPRK leader Kim Jong Un.
Meanwhile, a senior DPRK diplomat arrived in Finland for talks with former American and South Korean officials. It's the latest signal by the DPRK of a possible easing of tensions.
