Chinese Spring Festival: Traffic flow to increase in big and mid-sized cities

It's the third day of the Chinese Lunar New Year. More people will go sightseeing or start to head back to the cities they work in. The National Tourism Administration says there were about 87 million trips made on Saturday, up 10-point-6 percent year-on-year.
The tourism revenue yesterday reached over 110-point-7 billion yuan, up 10-point-7 percent year-on-year. And there have been 214 million trips made in the past three days of the Spring Festival, with a total tourism revenue of 258-point-2 billion yuan.
From today, short trips are expected to increase, most of which will be by train. Traffic flow will increase mostly in bigger cities. Air transport will remain stable.
