Twenty-three giant panda cubs on Friday gathered in southwest China's Chengdu city to celebrate the upcoming Spring Festival. The cubs were lined up by their keepers to mark the Year of the Rooster. In 2016, 27 pandas were born at this breeding base, including 10 pairs of twins.
