One killed, six injured, one missing in east China factory explosion

At least one person has died, six are injured and another one is missing after an explosion at a factory in east China's Shandong Province on Saturday.

The accident occurred at about 10:50 a.m. BJT in the factory of a chemical company in the economic development zone in Linshu County.

All wounded have been transferred to the hospital. Among the six injured, two suffered serious injuries.

The cause of the incident is under investigation.
