South Korea Fire: 3 killed in Sejong blaze, including 1 Chinese national

Three people have been killed in a fire at a construction site in central South Korea, including one Chinese national. More than 30 people were also injured. It took over two hundred firefighters more than 5 hours to put out the flames on Tuesday. An official investigation won't happen till Thursday morning, since there's still smoke lingering around in the basement. Shane Hahm reports from Sejong.
