World-record signing Neymar has been cleared to make his debut for Paris Saint Germain (PSG). The Brazilian's first appearance for the French Ligue Un side had been postponed after a paperwork delay from Spain meant he couldn't get international clearance.

Yesterday, PSG coach Unai Emery revealed that the club received the international transfer certificate and the 25-year-old is now available for selection. "He is ready, the authorization has arrived so he can enter the team and play, which is what we all want, for him to be part of the eleven and be on the field because he is a player we need on the team,” Emery said.
After signing on the dotted line for the 6-time French Champs of France in a deal worth 222 million Euros, the Brazil international was forced to watch from the sidelines as his new team got off to a winning start by defeating newly promoted Amiens, 2-nil.
The source of the issue came from Spain after La Liga bosses didn't send the international transfer certificate needed to complete the switch in time. FIFA had told Spanish football chiefs they could face investigation if the problem wasn't rectified soon. Neymar will line up for the Parisians for the first time Sunday when they travel to face Guingamp.
