Local health officials in the Democratic Republic of the Congo have announced a new outbreak of Ebola. The country says 17 deaths and 21 cases show symptoms relating to the deadly virus. Lab tests have determined the presence of Ebola in two out of five samples collected from patients. The World Health Organization has sent doctors to investigate.
