Syria Air Crash: Russian transport plane crashes killing all 32 onboard

We begin with breaking news. A Russian transport plane has crashed in Syria killing all 32 people onboard. Russia's Defense Ministry says the plane crashed at a Russian air base in Latakia Province. Initial information suggests the crash may have been caused by a technical fault. The ministry says 26 passengers and six crew members were on board.
