Abe to reshuffle cabinet on August 3 as support further drops

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe announced at a high-level meeting of his Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) on Tuesday that he would conduct a Cabinet reshuffle on August 3 and revamp his party's leadership .
As the support rate for Abe's cabinet entered "dangerous waters" in recent days, the prime minister wants to reverse the tide with a cabinet reshuffle.
