At least 11 killed, several injured in east China house fire

At least 11 people have been killed and several others injured in a fire that engulfed a house in east China’s Zhejiang Province in the early hours of Monday morning, local government reported.
The incident happened at around 00:13 a.m. local time when two houses caught on fire in the city of Yuhuan, under the administration of Taizhou City.
Nine bodies were found at the scene and two others died on the way to hospital, the government said, adding that two people were critically injured while ten others sustained minor injuries.
The fire was extinguished at around 1:50 a.m. local time and the cause of the fire is currently being investigated.
