Next week's inter-Korean summit might result in a historic announcement. The two sides could agree to a peace treaty, officially ending the 68-year Korean War. That's according to a newspaper in Seoul. This comes after months of increased diplomacy between the two sides. CGTN's Jack Barton has more.
