China’s Ministry of Agriculture is holding a press conference during the first session of the 13th National People’s Congress in Beijing. Agriculture Minister Han Changfu said that China will help Africa solve the poverty problem. Han added that in the future, China will help develop African countries in agriculture, employer training and support for local companies.
