The US has launched a so-called Section 301 investigation and hearings against China's trade practices. Earlier my colleague Pan Deng spoke to Professor Liu Baocheng from the University of International Business and Economics. Mr. Liu told us whether it is appropriate for the US to utilize its domestic law in dealing with a foreign country.
