Four dead after plane crashes into sea off Cote d'Ivoire

At least four people have been killed after a plane carrying 10 people crashed into the sea off Cote d'Ivoire on Saturday, reported Reuters citing witness.
Two bodies were recovered from the crashed plane, which had broken into several pieces and landed near the beach. The other two bodies were visible in the wreckage, according to Reuters witness.
According to local officials, the four deceased were from Moldova.
Another six people on board, including four French nationals and two Moldovans, were injured during the accident.
The propeller-engine cargo plane carrying materials for the French army crashed into the sea shortly after taking off from the international airport in Abidjan, Cote d'Ivoire, on Saturday, according to local media.
The plane was a Ukraine-made Antonov chartered by the French army as part of its anti-jihadist Operation Barkhane, according to AFP citing a French military source.
The crash occurred during a heavy rain storm. The cause of the accident was not immediately clear.
