The third plenary session of the 19th Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee concluded with a communique issued. The three-day meeting was held days before the country's Two Sessions. Two lists of proposed candidates for state leadership positions and the CPPCC National Committee respectively were deliberated at the meeting.
