Several dead and missing, millions affected by heavy rain in southern China

At least 16 people are reported dead and 10 others missing in Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in southern China, following a rainstorm that caused heavy flooding. 
In Jiangxi province, seven people are dead, two missing, and over four million have been affected by the flood. In Hunan province, over 20,000 people have been evacuated out of their flooded homes. 
Meanwhile, this year's third typhoon, Nanmadol, is expected to arrive in the East China Sea on Monday and will bring heavy rain and strong wind to Taiwan. Local authorities have raised the alert level and taken measures to minimize the impact.
