Speaking in St Petersburg at an economic forum, Russian President Vladimir Putin has commented on Washington's decision to withdraw from the Iran nuclear deal.
VLADIMIR PUTINRUSSIAN PRESIDENT "If we want our actions to be predictable, we have to stick to common rules. Unilateral actions lead to dead ends. And they are always counter-productive."
"Every four years the United States holds a presidential election. If international agreements are reviewed every three or four years at most - what will be the planning horizon in such a mode of operation?  It will be zero and this will create an atmosphere of nervousness and mistrust."
