In Pakistan, a key election and also chaos. A deadly blast in southwest Quetta killed at least 31 people on Wednesday, as voters lined up to select their next government. It's the third consecutive civilian election for the country and turnout was reportedly high. CGTN's Danial Khan reports from Islamabad.
