At least six people were killed and another nine injured in a landslide that struck the city of Nanning, south China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on Sunday, local media reported.
Rocks and boulders falling from mountains in Aiqi village of Mashan county, where the landslide occurred, struck a passing tricycle, causing the casualties.
Local authorities activated a level III emergency response, and dispatched a professional group to direct rescue operations and secondary mitigation measures at the scene.
