China men's team managed to enter the 5,000 meters relay final in Short Track World Cup despite dramatic falls during the semi-final in Dordrecht in the Netherlands on Saturday.
The game was a very tough one as China, South Korea and Russia were all in the mix to advance from Group B, known as the group of death.
The Chinese team was composed of Wu Dajing, Han Tianyu, Ren Ziwei and Xu Hongzhi and they led the 45-lap race for most of the time.
In the latter half, South Korea made a big mistake in passing the baton. The first incident was between Park Se-yeong and Seo Yi-ra, eleven laps from the end. Park also fell down and blocked China's Xu Hongzhi. The accident did great harm to both teams, allowing Japan and Russia to take the lead.

With only three laps remaining in the race, there was another incident between China and South Korea.
These incidents left the two nations unable to catch up with eventual winners Japan and second place Russia. China crossed the line in 6:59'862" for third place in the group.
After the race, officials watched the replay and South Korea were given a foul. China was thrilled to be one of the five teams to qualify for the final that featured Japan, Russia, the Netherlands and Canada.
