US President Donald Trump says that the issue of the DPRK's nuclear and missile programmes should have been handled "over the last 30 years, not now," while making a campaign speech in Pennsylvania on Saturday. He also says that China had done "more for us than they had ever done for any other president" over the DPRK issue.
