Myanmar Explosion: At least 2 killed, 11 hurt in northern Shan state

Also in Myanmar, at least two people have been killed, and 11 injured in an explosion. This happened at a bank in the town of Lashio just before closing time at the end of the day. The explosion was so strong, nearby buildings were destroyed. Security is still working right now to clear the area. There was no immediate claim of responsibility.
