Feng Shanshan projected to be World No.1 after Blue Bay LPGA victory

Chinese golfer Feng Shanshan won the trophy at the 2017 LPGA Blue Bay which finished Saturday. This is her second win in a row, and the third LPGA title of the year.
Feng finished 9-under, one clear of Moriya Jutanugarn, whose short birdie putt at the par-5 18th lipped out.

Because of those results, Feng will move up to World No.1 for the first time in her career. Feng is the first golfer from Chinese mainland ever to top the LPGA world rankings.

Feng Shanshan has won the 2012 LPGA Championship title and other 8 LPGA Tour titles in her career as well. The 28-year-old Chinese also gained a bronze medal from 2016 Rio Olympic Games.
