Three dead, 24 injured in bus-truck collision in S China

Three people were killed and 24 others injured in a bus-truck collision in southern China's Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region on Wednesday night, the local fire brigade said.
The accident occurred on a highway in Qinzhou City when a bus crashed into the rear of a truck and three people – the bus driver and two passengers – died at the scene.
Four people are critically injured, with 20 others suffering minor injuries. All of them have been hospitalized.
The bus departed from the China-Vietnam border county of Dongxing and was heading to the autonomous region' capital Nanning, about two hours away. It was carrying 27 people.
An investigation into the cause of the accident is underway.
