Trump-Kim Summit: US and DPRK officials to meet in Singapore ahead of summit

We begin with the latest developments on the Korean peninsula as US and DPRK officials are set to meet in Singapore today to discuss security and protocol issues regarding the summit between their leaders. White House Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations Joe Hagin leads the US delegation; and Kim Chang Son, a senior official at the State Affairs Commission, represents the DPRK. At the same time, another American team arrived at the northern side of the inter-Korean border on Sunday to continue preparations as well. Last week saw diplomatic ups and downs after US President Donald Trump called off the summit. CGTN's White House Correspondent Nathan King has more details.
