Multilateral Talks: Presidents of Russia, Turkey, Iran to meet in April in Turkey

Russian President Putin, Turkish President Erdogan and Iranian President Rouhani are going to meet in April in Turkey.
The Kremlin says preparations for the summit are under way. Iran's foreign ministry says diplomats from the three countries are due to meet in Kazakhstan in two weeks. The meeting will lay the groundwork for the Istanbul gathering on Syria.
