Chinese Premier to Visit Russia: Li Keqiang to begin three-day visit next Monday

Chinese Premier Li Keqiang will pay an official three-day visit to Russia early next week at the invitation of Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. China's Vice Foreign Minister Le Yucheng said it came as the countries were celebrating 70 years of diplomatic relations this year. 
He added the countries needed to work together to combat the threats of unilateralism and protectionism. He went on to say that both sides were looking forward to a productive meeting between the two heads of government.
LE YUCHENG CHINESE VICE FOREIGN MINISTER "The meeting between the Premier and Prime Minister will be very pragmatic, the topics of their discussion will focus on cooperation in various fields, including economic and trade cooperation, energy, aerospace, infrastructure and so on. Besides these traditional sectors, there will also be new areas to be discussed, such as agricultural cooperation and technological innovation."
