Gaza Clashes: Injuries in Palestinian-Israeli conflict
[]
The protest at the Gaza-Israel border started Friday. Palestinian officials called the clashes the deadliest in the Palestinian-Israeli conflict since the 2014 Gaza War. At least 18 Palestinian have been killed and over 14-hundred wounded. All the fatalities were aged between 18 to 30.
Palestine says the Israeli forces used live ammunition, rubber bullets and tear gas to keep the peaceful demonstrators from approaching the border fence. Israeli troops claimed protesters threw firebombs and rocks at the soldiers, and rolled burning tires at them. The Israelis say the protestors opened fire in one incident.
