Foreign Ministers from the Association of Southeast Asian Nations have met in Singapore ahead of the bloc's summit on Saturday. The leaders are expected to focus on regional issues including trade tensions between China and the US, as well as the refugee crisis in Myanmar.
Russian officials have brought a group of Syrians to the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons to back claims that there was no chemical attack on Douma. A Russian diplomat said Moscow was able to prove that the footage of the White Helmets was a crude staged action.
10 youths in souther Israel have been killed. They were swept away by flash floods during a hiking trip near the Dead Sea. The youths were taking part in a programme to prepare them for military service. Three staff members who organized the trip have been arrested.
