The Chinese central government budget for 2018 will include 537.6 billion yuan (85 billion US dollars) to actively increase consumption and promote effective investment, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang said on Monday in an annual government work report to lawmakers during the opening meeting of the first session of the 13th National People's Congress, China's top legislature.
