An inflatable boat carrying over 20 African migrants landed on a popular tourist beach at Cadiz in southern Spain, in front of shocked holidaymakers on Wednesday afternoon.
Carlos Sanz, who shot a video that showed it happened on the beach, said as soon as the boat nearsighted the shallow coast, the migrants could not wait to jump into the sea and run quickly and vanished into the land. The police arrived some time later.

Spanish officials could not immediately be reached after office hours.
Just before the incident on Thursday, the International Organization for Migration (IOM) gave a warning that Spain could overtake Greece this year in the number of migrants arriving by sea, using boats and even jet-skis.
According to the IOM's latest figures, as of August 6, about 8,200 migrants had arrived in Spain so far this year.
That is more than triple the number who reached Spain at the same time last year, according to Joel Millman, a senior spokesman at IOM .
