Eight suspects, including four women, have been arrested in connection with a deadly mall bombing in a shopping center in a tourist area of Colombian capital Bogota last week, Colombian Defense Ministry announced on Saturday.
All eight suspects were part of a fringe group called the Revolutionary People’s Movement (MRP), according to authorities.
The group has been blamed for several small attacks in Bogota in recent months.
Three women, including a French citizen, were killed and nine people were injured in last week's bombing, which was branded as a "cowardly terrorist attack" by Bogota Mayor Enrique Penalosa.
